Freeletics is great for personal fitness. Workouts vary and are challenging but still fun. Results come quickly.
The only thing that could be improved: let the customer choose 3 of the 4 coaches. I am using Bodyweight and Running but Ive no use for the Gym app. Id love to replace the Gym subscription with a subscription for the nutrition coach!

Now 13 weeks in with a coach. Very happy with my decision to get the coach and with the results. Ive seen more gains with these routines than I have with other programs. Worth it.

On my third week of using this app with a digital coach. So far the routines have been spot on. Its also keeping me motivated.
Ive been working out with #noexcuses because I know results are in the near future. More than just results, a new way of being when it comes to taking care of my body.
Some bad moments
Its not working...every time I try to connect so I can enter the app it crashes so not good at all!!! Im very disappointed!
This app is crashing on my iPod touch. Whenever I open it and I try to sign in. It shuts down.
How can anyone like this app if it doesnt open. I havent made it pass the registration of my email address

Ive mostly given up on the workouts - they encourage overuse injuries. I prefer another app where the workouts are more varied and you are less likely to injury yourself.

A few things that need to be improved.
A gym I work out in has very poor cell reception and therefor poor connectivity. Finished a workout and received an error message - Cheat! And didnt save my progress. Thats disappointing.
Apple Watch integration is lacking as well as it doesnt always integrate into apples activity app. So, not all the workout would be tracked fully in that app.
I was injured for a month with a back injury and unable to do the exercises. Emailed them asking for suspension of account. They stated only give credit to their store for their clothes. Not what I was looking for - especially when injured doing their program.
I still enjoy the workouts, as such, will continue with the program. Started over after injury, so havent had a hell week yet.

I enjoy the workouts and the goals that the app sets up for you. Would like the option to import workouts into HealthKit.
Other improvements - turn sound off during workouts (I dont need to hear the guy say every minute), nor do I need the cheering at the end of the workout. Thats just a minor pet peeve.
Havent really tested offline use, but I receive a message that fortunately goes away in areas where I have poor data signal. I dont know how data intensive it is, or what its checking for, or if I had no data signal what would happen.
A way to find other athletes to follow other than by Facebook friends would be nice - the community is limited to Facebook friends. Am thinking those with similar goals / challenges with accounts within the app should be easier to find and connect with. Right now I find the social aspect lacking.
Will rate again in a few months and see how well this app motivates me to continue. ??
I found better for free online after I bought and used this program for a while. Not very good at balanced workouts compared to the other programs Ive used in the past.
