Great!

Good UI and very useful app

Great app in general but badly designed GUI for training

Why to make such a badly designed user interface for a great app? During training it’s impossible to pause program, or watch a instructional video, no countdown or voice instructions...

Crash

The app always crashes when i try to subscribe. It can be used only joining an account from the computer please solve it.

Interesting!

Give it a try

Very good

Great app but for five stars they have to make the coach free

Opinion

Best app ever!!

Great trainings, amazing exercises that can be done anywhere! Really effective :)

Yes!

Really effective!!

Unexpected quit

Impossible to just acces the app recently downloaded 3/may/2016

App crashes right at launch

The update is a disaster! I paid for a service I now cant access. Fix this please!

Great app

Ive actually really enjoyed using this app. Its very much like a crossfit high intensity workout without the weights. If you choose to use the free version (not using what they call the "coach") you get access to 11 different workouts. With the coach, you pay around $30 a month and you get additional features plus the other 19 workouts (total 30) I havent had the crashing issues that everyone is talking about.

Please fix

Ive been enjoying this ap for a while but the new 5/10 update will not open.

Problem!!

I want to sign up but every time Im finished with the requirements the app closes and I have to do it again and it keeps closing and doesnt let me sign up! I really want to start this program!

Pretty solid

Definitely a good app, lost 10 lbs in 2 months with no loss of strength and these exercises were definitely a factor

App crashing

App crashes immediately upon launch.

It works for me, without a doubt.

Edit 5/1/2016: Good workouts. Coach pushes too much. The app is a train wreck of bugs and the Apple Watch version is useless. It almost never pairs with my current workout and on the rare occasion that it does, the timing is way off. In its current state, not worth your time because of technical issues. Edit 11/15/2015: The workouts and system is great. With that said, the latest updates, including this one, are heavily flawed. The Apple Watch app deleted my entire workout when I was halfway through it. It was just gone. I was terribly upset. I am sure the technicians behind these updates are trying their best but it seems they have bitten off more than they can chew. 2/5 stars until they release an update that fixes more than it breaks. Original Review: Im on week 9 and this is the longest Ive consistently worked out since high school. Its a great community and the workouts are competitive like CrossFit but are completely doable without ANY equipment. They even have a 2x2 option for when you only have a really small space to use. I highly recommend it to both beginners and long-term fitness buffs. 5/5 stars

Great bodyweight program

I do a pretty large variety of workout programs and activities, bodyweight exercises, powerlifting, trail running, etc. This has been a good one, easy UI, decent on the social front, program and progression seems pretty functional. Can get a hell of a workout in a short span of time. One complaint is that Im not a fan of how much isolation exercises are utilized (sometimes hundreds and hundreds of sit-ups, for example), but overall am pleased.

Beats the gym

Much easier than going to the gym, fun and effective workouts to do for however long meets your style. Plus you can follow your friends, so still has then gym competition feeling.

Excellent

One of be most full-featured workout apps out there. Very well thought-out and easy to use and incredibly motivating. Give it a try and youll be hooked!

No notifications

Great exercises but needs notifications and reminders. You might get feedback after you have completed a workout but there is no reminder or motivational notification to prompt you to workout.
