Not much to offer
I primarily do body weight workouts because I travel lots and dont like gyms. A little bit of research online (try Reddit, Google, YouTube) will get you way further than this app. Learn to adapt exercises and routines to your strength level and go from there. But its free at least to download, so you may as well do that and make up your own mind.
