Awesome, but app has some bugs!

Ive used this app on my iPad for the last 7 weeks and see results. Its awesome!! However, I recently tried using the app on my iPhone but (like many other users) it crashes. In order for me to give it a better rating, these issues will need to be resolved. Also another issue Ive encountered is there lack of response to customer support questions. Ive sent more than five questions in and received no answer. When they do fix the issues for the iPhone app and with customer support, this app deserves at least 4 stars. Hands down!
