Great results with only 1 issue
5 weeks in and Im already seeing clear results with the coach. My only issue - you cant end a Coach workout early and give feedback. After 60 mins and only halfway through a new double workout, I had to stop, but the app said "quitting is not an option" rather than taking feedback. In reality, stopping a workout is sometimes necessary. Now I have to keep doing the same double workout at my own pace/schedule until I can get through it within an hr, which means Im no longer actually being "coached". That defeats the purpose my Coach schedule. Otherwise, the app is great.
