Terrible Experience

I told support not to renew my account because I had to take 3 months off from working out. They renewed my subscription anyways, and they charged me $40. I asked for a refund and told them that I would be back to purchase a subscription in three months. They refused to refund my $40, even after two follow-up requests. It worries me that they are so desperately in need of up-front cash that they dont think about long-term customers. I will not be back.
