New update is awesome
Just when I was getting a little bored with the workouts , the new update came. I love it, the new exercises are fun and I like that one can see which muscle groups work. (Also my right knee loves the modification to the Climbers).
It would be nice if in the future, some modifications can be made by the athlete for exercises that cannot be done do to an injury, etc. Sometimes only some of the exercises for using some joint cannot be done while others can (I have chronic right knee injury and so far am always avoiding the Stand ups).
